Today, September 18th, is International Equal Pay Day. A day to highlight the global issue of gender pay gap and to call for action to achieve equal pay for work of equal value. As a women-led organization that advocates strongly for women in construction, we know the importance of ensuring that everyone is treated equally both in our own company and in the construction industry as a whole.
Together, we can build a world of dignity and justice for all, where no one is left behind.
